I noticed a pretty big whitehead growing on my nose and popped it yesterday when it was pretty big. Some gross yellowish pus came out and i squeezed till I saw the clearish fluid. I put rubbing alcohol on it to clean the spot and today there’s a dark red crusty-ish scab on the area. What should I do to make sure this scab doesn’t scar?

I also put some Aloe Vera gel on the scab today.
