Ive had this for years and all the creams the doctor gave didn’t help.
a dermatologist is the best way to get this sorted, also try to avoid itching it i know that’s hard and also try laying of dairy products for a while too see if that is the problem as milk can make things worse
I heard a few minutes in the tanning bed every day helps–bear in mind you aren’t looking for a tan, merely trying to give your skin the dose of sunlight type rays it needs to produce vitamin D. My friend had a little sister who couldn’t use the creams but had eczema and that was what she did.
can you do a thorough allergy test and find out what the cause is? If you can’t afford this, you could try eliminating or replacing things liek soaps and certain things in you diet. Something is cuasing it. Also, doctors are often afraid to perscribe the stronger stuff cuase they have long term side effects. Each time you go to the doctor, they might be upping the strength. you might want to keep going.
