It has just a subtle smell of the essential oils that have been added, it’s really subtle because no fragrances have been added.
yep! I wouldn’t have anything in my store that is comedogenic.
But don’t these oils clog up your pores?

Have you ever tried noxzema cleansing cream? It just feels SO GOOD to use. And it seems to soften my skin and help bumps go down. The smell is kind of an… acquired taste/smell? But it goes away. And it’s rather cheap.

Hmmm… I don’t kniw of any stores in NYC that would sell it, I personally live in Ontario (Canada). I would suggest online, but I take it you asked about NYC because you can’t purchase items online. Possibly researching using the net might help you, to find any health food stores or like stores that may carry it in your area. 
Sadley Hemp Hemp Hooray didn’t work for me =[ My skin was almost perfect but i thought what the hell it could be better so i strayed away from my trusty loreal and clinique products and used the 'Hemp Hemp Hooray skin sooth' made me break out in cystic bumps all along jawline and chin, very painfull and nasty. Plus its too oily for my skin. But I will say Hemp Hemp people are so helpfull, and there products really are made with love =]
