My husband have a blackhead on back. It been there for at least ten years or more. Should I be concern?
It was tiny, now it had gotten bigger and wider. He does not want to pop it. He said it don’t bother him, he won’t bother it. It is not quite the size of a dime. I’m afraid it will be in a few years.

Whatever it is, he should see a doctor, probably a dermatologist about this.
Anything like that that changes in size or texture could be skin cancer, which is usually easily treated, but needs to be checked, and soon.
