i use apple cider vinager for my exema,it does help,i use 2 tablespoons of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda,with warm water,not boiling,mix it until the soda is disolved,i normally do this twice a week,locally purchased through local stores and health food stores,not much money around £6.00,this will normally last for about 5 to 6 weeks,on a 2 dose aday mix
who cares? it’s better to have a bad smell on your face for 5,10 min. than to walk around like a zombie with a face full of acne? don’t you think so?I put acv on my face 2 days ago and have no words to decribe the results…just so awesome!

holy flippin heck, My face is oily to the boot, I dont have apple cider vinegar (getting it tommorow) so decided to use the clear vinegar on my skin instead, now my skin isnt oily anymore, wtf, its never been this normal b4.

i use alcohol vinegar and the results are so fucking amazing.
yeah, i have to admit that i just tried this method of using Apple Cider Vinegar. I’m on my third day and can DEFINITELY see results and feel the results.
