What are your best acne tips that you have learned over the years?

What are the key ingredients to look for in any acne product that will not clog pores in oily skin?

I drink lots of water.

How about vitamins? I don’t take any (I’m a teen) and don’t know any about them. Which ones should I take??

Mixing prescribed acne medication and normal stuff–is this good/bad?? Does it affect your acne?

ANY TIP HELPS. THANK YOU!

Drinking daily requirement of water best tip ever

For vitamins goo for skin are A, C, E
You should take a multi-vitamin while eating more fruit and nutrient rich food.
Omega-3 is also great for your skin

And other good tip is to clip hair back and/or use a headband to keep bangs back, when your just hanging out at home not doing much/sleeping. Hair produces a lot of oils which is why people often breakout under bang or on the shoulders if the hair go that long.

And wash you hand most acne-causing foods are finger food like potato chips and it isn’t the consumption of the oils but the oils that are rubbing off on your fingers that scratch your cheek that you have to worry about. it be a good habit to carry personal hand sanitizer around

But remember you are a teen so expect light breakout from time to time no matter what you do

I wish you well in whatever choice that you make. My son had acne and I do know the distress that it can bring. Not to be taken lightly.

I also agree that you should see a dermatologist. I suggest that as welll as clearpores, you do have a look at the exposed acne product.

Also ensure that you check your diet to ensure that you are eating plenty of vegetables and fruit and also a simple tip to implement is to drink plenty of water each day.

    Good luck with your decision
