How can I cover up a bright red popped whitehead?

I need to do something about it – I accidently popped a whitehead on my nose by peeling it off.
I didn’t intend to pick it off, but now it’s bright red and puss will randomly ooze out.
It’s really gross and very noticable – I have concealor, but in case that doesn’t work, any other ways to heal / cover it?

Like i say twice in the video i was really impressed with the results. But i wont be buying this product again. Instead i will buy the mark lotion and use my regular acne face wash ive used previously. I do recommend trying this product if youve tried everything to get rid of marks and scars, but be patient. I know everyone has different skin types but for me i started seeing improvements right away and then for a few weeks i didnt see anymore improvement. but now its been over a month and there is a HUGE difference of reduced redness and size of marks. How to get rid of a huge whitehead on my face?

Last night before I went to sleep I saw a small whitehead beneath my nose. I ignored it and today its HUGE! How to I get rid of it? Should I pop it?
Oh, and it hurts a lot.

Btw I dont have rubbing alcohol or a cleanser or something. So what do you suggest?
