How to improve skin from the inside out?

my skin has becoming worse and worse – i have painful bumps, redness, scaliness… some doctors said i have mild case of rosacea but whatever they gave me nothing helps, even antibiotics and topical creams. i hate all that. i’ve started drinking more water and herbal teas, getting facials ( and i do tell them my skin is sensitive) but nothing is helping!!! what can I do? thanks so much!!!
