Acne Treatment Tips-Safe & Natural
www.apsaraskincare.com In this video, sheetal discusses a 3 step routine that all acne sufferers must have in their daily skin care–cleansing, toning, moisturizing. In addition, using serums and face masks can be a great addition to your routine. Your lotion should aim to treat your acne, and the most natural and effective active ingredient is sulfur. Serums, cleansers, toners, and face masks should have natural ingredients that are antibiotic and soothing to the skin. This will help treat infection and redness. Sheetal’s tips and recommendations are based on Ayurveda–a 3000+ year-old system of health and wellbeing that originated in India. Sheetal recommends the use of natural products that are mild and highly effective. http

What are some ways to clear and prevent acne on my forehead and have smoother skin?
I am 14 going on 15, and all of a sudden my acne has been getting a lot worse especially during this summer. The only area where i’m broken out is on my forehead, and I’m guessing i have oily skin. I’ve tried proactiv in the past and it worked, but now it doesn’t seem to help anymore. i’ve also tried mary kay facial cleanser/moisturizer and clearasil but that seemed to irrate my skin and make it worse. What are some things i could try to help it?
