Do blackhead-clearing scrubs also get rid of white heads?

I use a Clean & Clear blackhead clearing scrub on my face every night. But I still get white heads…almost every day new ones appear. Do blackhead-clearing scrubs also get rid of white heads? Because this is getting rid of the blackheads but not the white heads.

I bought the Neutrogena pink grapefruit acne wash a while ago but forgot I had it. I found it and decided to start using it. I just washed my face with it and it smells amazing but I wanna know if it really works. I have a lot of acne on my forhead and some on my nose and chin. I have oily skin. Does it work? How often should I use it? How long does it take to see results?

What is the best scrub for blackhead prone skin?

I have been using Epiduo and Proactive at night, with fight and fade gel for mild flare ups with a 2% salicylic acid pad in the morning and Minocyclin every other day. I exfoliate once a week and use a clay mask every three days on my nose. My acne flareups seem to be caused by the clogged pores that I cannot get rid of, any suggestions for a scrub instead of Proactive or st. Ives?
